This year, the competition will be judged on October 15, the week before the actual Champions event (location TBD). The reason for this change is to allow the judges to take their time with the judging and to allow them to enjoy the actual event instead of spending the whole day sequestered in a tent. Once the judging is completed, the items will be held and then displayed at the event for a populace choice vote.

The competition winner, populace choice winner and the new champion will be announced in the final Court of the event.
