MIXED WEAPONS WAR/Baronial Investiture - March 28-30,2014, Barony of SunDragon

Now that Estrella War XXX is over the Barony of SunDragon will be hosting three days of seminars and field work shops sponsored by numerous Knights and White scarves of the kingdom. There will be some tournaments and much revelry, but the focus will be on learning from the masters.

This is also the time for our current Baron and Baroness to step down and our Heirs to step up for their new reign. Please join us for our Investiture at this fine event.

Site opens: Noon March 28, 2014, closes 5pm March 30,2014

Directions:

  • Take your favorite route to I-17 North towards Flagstaff
  • Take exit 248 toward Bumble Bee/Crown King
  • Turn left towards Bumblebee Rd
  • Continue straight onto Bumblebee rd
  • Continue onto Crown King Rd
  • In 4.7 miles you will turn right and follow our wonderful SCA signs!!

Site Fees
  • Adult members: $14 if camping all weekend, $8 for day trip
  • Youth (ages 16 and 17) members: $9 if camping, $6 for day trip
  • Non-member adult: additional $5\
  • Children (ages 15 and younger): free
  • The parking fee's are separate:
  • Day Parking: 5 Per day per vehicle or $7 for two days per vehicle
  • Overnight Parking: Friday thru Sunday $10 per vehicle, Saturday thru Sunday: $7 per vehicle

Misc Info
  • There will be no feast or pot-luck, but there will be a “bring your own picnic” Saturday evening.
  • Site is pet friendly, but is a working cattle ranch, so keep them on a leash and clean up after them, please.
  • Fire pits are allowed. There is a common firepit or feel free to bring your own. Make sure to bring wood.
  • There is water and showers on site.
  • The ranch does have a bar. Site is most definitely wet.
